Today is the release of the NASA Columbia Report (2009) wherein it talks about the seat restraints, suits and helmets.
The NASA Columbia Report is a 400-page report. It started in 2003, in the objective of a better & new shuttle replacement capsule. In the said report, was not clear nor specific if the astronauts inside it were dead at the very moment or just unconscious from the decreased cabin pressure. What is really inside the NASA Columbia Report?
Also, in the NASA Columbia Report, it reports detailed five events. These events in the NASA Columbia Report it was said that they were potentially lethal to the astronauts that may lead to their deaths.
