Nintendo DS / NDS Free Download Games

Nintendo DS is surely a great console. Downloading games may I ask? Is it legal? Can someone tell me the rules or laws regarding the issue? Is it ok for the companies when there are "Free Download Games" sites?

I myself do not know about the Nintendo DS downloading issue. This would be discussed by many as somehow controversial.

Anyway, Nintendo DS / Nintendo DS lite is a great console. Im sure there are legit downloading sites for Nintendo DS (NDS). Try to google legit DOWNLOAD FREE GAMES, DOWNLOAD NDS GAMES ONLINE or something like that.
