There are people having their Zunes suddenly stopped working. What is the solution? How to fix this? How can I reset my Zune? Here are some few steps to achieve it.

First, remove the plastic shielding where the zune cable plugs into. You may use anything that can do that, but we remind you to think of safety first. Next is pop the cover out and locate the battery plug on the top. Push the right connector, if this works, your Zune will then be starting up. You may now then connect your Zune to your PC and change some settings.
