The 3rd Game of the Uncharted Game Series has just been revealed.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is the name of the Game.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception puts Drake in a brand new location. The game will also deal heavily in the concept of deception on behalf of Drake and other characters. As of now there is no exact date fixed for release of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, but it will likely be released in 2011.
As per the media reports, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will take Drake to adventure in the Arabian Peninsula. Drake is traveling to this location to search for a legendary city said to be lost in the area. Sully will also play a more prominent role this time around. Sully has been present in both Uncharted games, but took a back seat in Uncharted 2.
Uncharted 3 will also touch on the life of Nathan Drake’s ancestor Sir Francis Drake. The mention Francis Drake was pretty much absent in Uncharted 2.
Uncharted 3 will have many new features like the ability to fight multiple enemies at once, and improvements to the controls when you climb backwards. Multiplayer, both co-op and competitive is also returning.
The first trailer for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will be shown at the Video Game Awards this Saturday, 11th December 2010.
